When Love Hurts, by Jill Cory and Karen McAndless-Davis is a workbook for victims and those who love them. It is subtitled "A Woman's Guide to Understanding Abuse in Relationships".
- Keeping the Faith by Rev. Marie Fortune is written for Christian victims of domestic violence. Available from the Faith Trust Institute.
- Refuge From Abuse, and No Place for Abuse by Catherine Clark-Kroeger, Biblical scholar, and Nancy Nason-Clark, researcher.
- Anguished Hearts study curriculum by Presbyterians Against Domestic Violence Network. Call them at 1-888-728-7228.
- Beyond Abuse in the Christian Home: Raising Voices for Change edited by Catherine Clark-Kroeger and Nancy Nason-Clark. One chapter is titled: "A survivor looks back: What I wish pastors had known when I was looking for help".
